What is Scentsy Club?Scentsy Club is a subscription program that lets you schedule recurring shipments of your favorite Scentsy consumables (aka the stuff that runs out) to be delivered directly to you! Scentsy Club also offers exclusive perks available only to subscribers.
What does it cost to be a Scentsy Club subscriber?Nothing! There are no fees to join the Scentsy Club subscription program, and there are no minimum or maximum purchase requirements. You pay only for the products you order, plus any applicable tax and shipping charge.
What are the exclusive perks available to Scentsy Club subscribers?
- All club orders of $30 or more receive a 10% discount.
- All club orders of $60 or more receive a 10% discount and are eligible for the customer to add an additional Scentsy Club product (including Whiff Box!) at half price.* The $60 minimum is based on the full retail price, before the 10% discount is applied.
- Scentsy Club subscribers get access to select Scentsy Bricks on any subscription. These bricks are five times the size of Scentsy Bars!
- Subscribers also get exclusive access to Always Get My Bar (see below).
What is Always Get My Bar?This is one of our most popular perks, exclusive to Scentsy Club subscribers. Throughout the year, Scentsy Bars are discontinued to make room for new ones. With Always Get My Bar, there’s no need to worry about losing a favorite fragrance for good. If we discontinue a bar that’s in your subscription, we’ll keep making it for you (as long as you keep it in your subscription)! This even applies to Scent of the Month Scentsy Bars, Wax Collections and Bring Back My Bar fragrances.
How does Always Get My Bar work?Some rules apply:
- A Scentsy Bar may only be added to a subscription while it’s still available for sale on your Consultant’s Personal Website.
- In the case of a limited-time offer Scentsy Bar, it can be added to a subscription while it’s still available for sale on your Consultant’s Personal Website or for 30 days from the bar’s launch date — whichever is longer. So even if the bar sells out quickly, you will still have time to add it to your Scentsy Club subscription.
- Licensed bars (such as Disney) are eligible for Always Get My Bar, but the license must still be valid. If the license expires, we will no longer be able to make the bar for anyone.
- Packaging may change over time as a bar is discontinued.
- Total quantity of a discontinued bar may be decreased, but not increased.
- Shipment of a discontinued bar may be skipped once in a 12-month period. Beyond that, the bar is automatically and permanently removed from your subscription.
- Shipments that are skipped due to a failed payment will count as a skip toward Always Get My Bar.
- If a discontinued bar is removed from a Scentsy Club subscription, it may not be added back unless it becomes available for sale again.
- Always Get My Bar applies only to Scentsy Bars and is not available for Scentsy Bricks or any other products available in Scentsy Club.
What products are eligible for Scentsy Club subscriptions?Eligible products include all Scentsy consumables (aka the stuff that runs out) available in your country — even light bulbs and consumable licensed products! To see a full list of what’s included, click “Build a Subscription” on this page to explore. Please note: Products may vary from month to month.
What products are not eligible for Scentsy Club subscriptions?Non-consumable items (warmers, diffusers, Scentsy Buddies, etc.), consumable products (except Scentsy Bar fragrances added through Always Get My Bar) offered as limited-time offerings, and products available in Clearance or during flash sales, are not eligible for Scentsy Club subscriptions.
Will my Scentsy Club subscription products be discounted during a 10% off month?All orders of at least $30 (whether in a 10% off month or not) are 10% off every day. If your order is less than $30 during a 10% month, you will receive the 10% discount for your order. If your order is more than $30, you will not receive an additional discount during a 10% off month.
How do I qualify for 10% off my entire order year-round?Once your subscription total reaches $30 (product retail amount), you automatically will receive a 10% discount for that subscription. This discount will remain as long as you have at least $30 worth of Scentsy Club products in your subscription. The 10% discount does not include or cover sales tax. You will not receive an additional 10% during transition months.
How do I qualify for a half-price item?Once your subscription total reaches $60 (product retail amount), you qualify to add an additional product at half-price. This half-price item will remain as long as you have at least $60 worth of Scentsy Club products in your subscription. If the Scentsy Club product retail amount falls below $60, the half-price item will be automatically removed. Recurring half-price items may be changed or edited. Half-price item must be redeemed on your current shipment. If you don’t redeem it, the half-price reward is lost. You will not be charged if the half-price item reward is not used. Licensed products are not eligible to redeem as half-price items in Scentsy Club.
If you merge multiple subscriptions that each include a half-price item, you will need to select just one of the half-price items to continue for your merged subscription. If any of your half-price items are a Scentsy Bar that you're getting through the Always Get My Bar perk, you must keep that bar in your subscription to continue receiving it.

Scent of the Month
Add Scent of the Month products (Scentsy Bars, Room Sprays and Scent Circles) to your subscription to get a different fragrance each month.
Scent of the Month Bars
Add any currently available Scent of the Month Scentsy Bar to your subscription and get that bar forever with the Always Get My Bar perk.
Add individual Scentsy Bars from wax collections within 30 days of the collection’s launch date, or as long as the bars are still available to purchase (whichever is longer). Individual bars from wax collections are also eligible for Always Get My Bar.
Bring Back My Bar
Add any — or all! — Bring Back My Bar winners during their featured selling period and get your favorites forever with Always Get My Bar.
Scentsy Brick fragrances
Add Scentsy Brick fragrances as Scentsy Bars within 30 days of the brick’s launch date, or as long as the bars are still available to purchase (whichever is longer). Scentsy Brick fragrances as Scentsy Bars are also eligible for Always Get My Bar.

How do I set up a new subscription?
- Scroll up on this page and click “Build a Subscription.”
- Choose how often you want your subscription to ship: every month, two months or three months.
- Browse through all the eligible Scentsy Club products and add products to your subscription.
- Proceed to checkout by logging in or creating an account.
- Set up your recurring payment.
- Enjoy your Scentsy Club subscription!
If I have more than one Scentsy Club subscription account, can I merge them?Scentsy does not allow Scentsy Club subscription accounts to be merged if subscribers have more than one account. If you happen to have any Always Get My Bar products within both subscription accounts, you will need to keep both subscriptions in order to continue receiving those bars.
Can multiple products be added in one subscription?Yes! Add as much as you want of all eligible products to your subscription.
Are there multipacks for Scentsy Bars?No. Multipacks, such as Bundle & Save, are no longer available in Scentsy Club. Previous Bundle & Save orders have been broken out into individual bars. This gives you greater flexibility to adjust product frequency and/or quantity up or down.
Can I set up or purchase a Scentsy Club subscription for someone else?Yes! The gift of Scentsy Club is always a great idea! You’ll need to create a separate Scentsy Club profile, with a unique email address, for your gift recipient.
I just want to buy Scentsy products. Why do I have to choose a Consultant?Scentsy products are only sold through Independent Consultants. Even though you may not interact with the Consultant you choose, they are essential to our direct selling business and an excellent resource if you ever have questions about Scentsy products or your order.
How can I view or edit my subscription?You may modify your account and profile information at any time:
- Click on “My Account” at the top of your Consultant’s Personal Website.
- After you log in, click “My Scentsy Club” to view your upcoming shipments and/or edit your subscription.
You may also remove an individual item or skip the entire order at any time. If you cancel an order that includes an Always Get My Bar fragrance, that cancellation counts as a skip according to the Always Get My Bar rules.
If I remove a Scentsy Bar from my subscription, can I add it back?Yes, if the bar is a currently available fragrance, it may be removed and added back at any time. If a discontinued bar is in your subscription through the Always Get My Bar perk, you may reduce the quantity of bars ordered, but if you remove the bar entirely from your subscription, it may not be added back unless it becomes available for sale again. Total quantity of a discontinued bar may be decreased, but not increased.
What if the payment method associated with a Scentsy Club subscription is about to expire?Scentsy will email the subscriber to let them know they need to update their payment information.
What happens if my payment method is declined?If your payment method, such as a credit card, is declined, we will email you after each processing attempt. We will try to process the order two more times (24 hours apart). Once you update your billing information and the payment is processed successfully, the order will ship immediately. If your payment method is declined three consecutive times, Scentsy Club will skip the shipment and it will count as a skip. If the shipment in question includes an Always Get My Bar fragrance, that counts as a skip according to the Always Get My Bar rules.
How frequently can I have my subscription shipped?You can have three different subscriptions options: monthly, bi-monthly or every three months, with shipping charges and perks for each subscription calculated independently.
Can I change the date my subscription ships?Aside from skipping an individual shipment, the only way to change your established shipment date is to cancel your subscription and sign up for a new one. Please keep in mind that canceling your subscription will permanently remove any fragrances you have through Always Get My Bar.
What is the Scentsy Club subscription processing schedule?Scentsy Club subscribers are assigned a processing date for their order, and that date will be the same in every subscription month (whether it is monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly), regardless of what day of the week it falls on (e.g. the 10th of any given month instead of the second Tuesday). If the processing date falls on a weekend or holiday, it will still be processed on the scheduled date, but may not be processed for shipping until the next business day.
When will I receive my first shipment?When you place your first Scentsy Club subscription order, you’ll be given the option to have it shipped immediately. After your first shipment, recurring shipments will coincide with the monthly shipment schedule you selected.
Can I skip a shipment?Yes. You can skip any currently available product or shipment as many times as you’d like. You’ll need to edit your subscription 10 days prior to processing, or you can cancel your entire order shipment any time prior to the process-for-shipping date.
Please note: Shipments containing a discontinued Scentsy Bar may only be skipped once in a 12-month period. Beyond that, the bar is automatically and permanently removed from your subscription. Cancelling an entire order also counts as a skip. You can skip the entire shipment during lockdown.
How are Scentsy Club orders shipped?We use standard economy shipping for all qualifying Scentsy Club orders. Depending on the size and weight of the shipment and the shipping address, an order may be delivered via UPS to your door or via USPS to the same location where you receive your daily mail.
How can I reduce my shipping costs?You can reduce your shipping costs by merging multiple subscription shipping frequencies into the same shipping frequency, as long as it all takes places within the same Scentsy Club subscription account.
